How do I reset my password?
If you're logged out, tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. If you're logged in, go to Settings > Account > Change Password.
Can I sync data across devices?
Yes, when you create or sign in to an account, Keid can sync and back up your goals, tasks, habits, reflections, focus history, and settings across signed-in devices. Guest data stays local to the device.
How do I delete my account?
Use the in-app account deletion flow, or email deletion@keid.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
