Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the instructions below to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Permanent Action
Deleting your account is permanent. All goals, tasks, logs, and account settings will be erased immediately and cannot be recovered.
1Via Mobile App
The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the Keid application.
1. Go to Settings tab
2. Tap on Account
3. Tap Delete Account
2Via Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion via email. deletion@keid.ai is the deletion inbox and may route to support for processing. This may take up to 7 business days to process.
Send an email from the address associated with your account to:
deletion@keid.aiSubject must be "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered email address in the body if sending from a different account.
