Delete your account

Deleting is permanent. Your synced goals, tasks, habits and history are removed and can’t be brought back.

In the app

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap your name and email at the top.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE, then tap Delete account.

By email

Can’t open the app? Email deletion@keid.ai from your account’s address, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. It can take up to 7 business days.

Using Keid as a guest?

Your data is only on your phone. To clear it, open Profile, tap Your data, then Clear local data.

What is kept

Deleting also takes you out of shared challenges, and deletes the ones you started for everyone in them. A few records, such as backups and security logs, can be kept for a time: see the Privacy Policy.
