Welcome to Keid. These terms govern your use of the Keid website and mobile application.

Beta and Early Access

Keid may be offered as a beta, early access, preview, or release-candidate product. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed while we improve stability and safety.

Accounts and Local-First Data

You may use Keid locally as a guest or create an account for sync and backup. Guest data is stored on the device first. If you delete the app, clear local data, or lose the device before backup, that local data may be lost. Account sync is designed to help preserve data across signed-in devices, but no storage or sync system is guaranteed to be error-free.

User Content Ownership

You keep ownership of the goals, tasks, habits, reflections, notes, and other content you create in Keid. You give Keid permission to store, process, sync, display, and back up that content as needed to provide the service.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Keid helps you plan, focus, reflect, and follow through. We do not guarantee that using Keid will produce any specific personal, professional, educational, health, financial, or business outcome.

Not Professional Advice

Keid is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, tax, career, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Keid in ways that damage availability, security, or accessibility.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Do not use Keid to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful content.

Future Paid Features

Keid may offer paid features in the future. Any paid terms, prices, renewal rules, and cancellation details will be presented before purchase. Core trust features such as account safety and account deletion are not paid features.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in the app or by emailing deletion@keid.ai. Account deletion is permanent once processed and may remove synced goals, tasks, habits, reflections, focus history, and account settings, subject to legal, security, and backup retention limits.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
